• 6+ years of experience with Recruiting and HR.• Expert in interviewing candidates (entry level to Manager level) utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques.• Managing employee engagement activities for all the employees• Leading On-boarding and Exit interviews.• Utilizing HRMS for key engagement across on Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Vendor Management, joining formalities, Attendance Marking, Feedback Interviews, leave granting, Exit Interviews, Scheduling the activities and meetings etc.• Worked on Recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B Consultants, Green Card Holders & US Citizens.• Involved in full cycle Recruitment including sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in W2, 1099, C2C and C2H positions.• Co-ordinate with candidates from start to end involving job search, agreement, rate negotiations, resume and interview preparation, Interview feedback, placement co- ordination and build a strong relationship with the candidates.• Strong understanding of business models and skilled at effectively communicating with clients, hiring managers, and executive leadership to determine Staffing/Recruitment objectives to achieve overall demand fulfilment and craft a strategic hiring plan.• Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic environment, multitask & project oriented.• Hands on experience with job sites such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.• Quick learner and hard worker – Ability to work effectively in high pressure environments.• Strong interpersonal skills.
