As Head of Digital and Business Solutions for HDFC Bank got an opportunity to work on large scale implementations -Launch of cloud first customer Engagement platform – customer experience Hub Launching multiple lending platforms especially the Consumer Durable lending platform where lending happens at the edge (at a merchant store) and delivering instant credit is critical.Launching Vyapar – a platform for merchants – this was my first baby at HDFC Bank and so it was special in that sense – this was delivered with a startup viz. Mintoak Working on the largest merger in the Indian Industry HDFC Bank and HDFC Ltd.Enabling the core banking to have 5 digits – meant getting 261 systems changed to accommodate 5-digit Branch Code. The launch was spotless with zero customer impact.Enabling more than 30 odd digital first journeys on the Adobe PlatformRBIH InitiativesHackathon for women - This received resounding success and we saw the value of a good low- Code No Code to enable developers across the bank's staff. Used Microsoft Power Platform for thisClose to 40 New initaitives with a team of around 600 people at its peak

I was leading the Domain Solution Design Team for the development of the new version of Flexcube. As the lead designer I designed key framework concepts suchs as :- Process based framework  Design for multi entity & multi branding capabilities - (Multi tenancy and shared Services) Rule Framework I was also the lead solution expert for National Australia Bank from Offshore.
