-Responsible for the partner eco system at NICE- Covering the eco system for South Asia and Middle East-Develop, grow and maintain the partner eco system in line with NICE's objectives

Appointed in Ahmedabad to manage the entire Channel eco system of Gujarat in July 2008, i moved a year later to Mumbai to handle the managed partner eco system there. These partners together account for about 65% of the business done in the mid market space. They are a combination of top regional partners and large national SIs/solution partners. In 2011, moved to managing the top 10 partners for MS India in the western region. In 2013, took on the mantle of managing the Large Account resellers in West region for the Enterprise and Mid Market space. In 2016, moved to a role by which I handle the entire partner eco system, (BIC, Solution Partners, LSPs, etc.) for the Mid market space.

Joined Oracle as their first ever employee in Gujarat during their Mid market expansion initiative across India. Was responsible for managing the entire channel eco system for Gujarat as well as meeting and establishing working relationships with key customers.

Handling the sub-distribution network for Consumer PCs and peripherals for the Gujarat region.

Handling the peripherals portfolio of business which included Printers, scanners, Power products, etc. Key OEMs included HP, Epson and APC
