• I am responsible for the promotion of the new product. I execute the Product Management Team’s marketing strategy, analyse market trends, consult with doctors on new product potential, and coordinate with the Product Management Team. Additionally, monitor product availability, and implement brand strategies to facilitate a successful product launch is a part of daily work.• My role involves me to monitor primary and secondary sales through regular visits to stockists and pharmacies, ensuring the accomplishment of doctor and product-specific sales objectives, all aimed at achieving area-level, product-level, and overall sales targets.• I am focused on strong customer relationship management, this role entails establishing strong connections and addressing queries promptly. It also involves customer classification based on potential, determining meeting frequency accordingly, and tracking return on investment per customer to foster a loyal customer base for the company.• I meet and pursue doctors to conduct CME with the company; Collect interest areas of key stakeholders and hospitals and conduct CMEs on those topics.• Further I am also responsible to prepare product matrix depending upon doctor's potential & preference and decide which product will fit doctor's need. Update data on chemist, doctors, and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) in order to ensure all stakeholders' access to latest information.
