• Dec' 20 to March'22 - Responsible for driving retail business across 370 branches of Bajaj Finance, Pan-India with a team size of 100+• June'18 to Dec'20 - Was in a Strategic Initiatives role overseeing the Retail and Credit Life Business (portfolio of 3000 Crs in Credit Life and 200 Crs in Retail business) across 100+ partners. Key responsibilities included providing market insights and formulating Distribution strategy for Credit Life Business, initiating and implementing Strategies to streamline processes, enhance top-line and profitability, etc.• April'15 to June'18 - Handled the Pan-India Sales and Account Management responsibilities for RBL Bank (Retail HNW Vertical & Credit Life), IDFC First Bank (Retail and Credit Life) and Barclay's Wealth (Retail UHNW clients). I was responsible for establishing the business lines from scratch and scaling them up across various metrics across these partners

• Driving B2B / Corporate sales for group funds and protection business (pre-sales to post-conversion), maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and cross-selling to existing clients.• Began as an IC handling a part of Mumbai and gradually the scope of responsibilities expanded over time to cover entire Mumbai, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa & Rest of Maharashtra - handling an AUM of 1500 Crs and GTLI portfolio of Rs.75+ Crs

• Prospecting for potential SME clients for their Banking requirements, structuring solutions, ensuring completion of documentation and subsequent relationship management, including cross-selling other banking solutions

• Client acquisition and subsequent relationship management, coordinating with operations and other key stakeholders to ensure high levels of client servicing and tapping up-selling / cross-selling business opportunities.

• Established relationships with key decision-makers within client's organization to promote growth and retention• Negotiated and closed long-term agreements with new clients in assigned territory for management of Employee Retiral Benefits

• Sourcing and structuring investment products to suit the borrowing requirements of corporate clients• Preparation of detailed appraisal reports on clients who approach the Bank for short/medium/ long-term finance• Coordinating between corporate clients and Banks/Mutual Funds/Financial Institutions for Debt Syndication

• Preparation of monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and taking corrective actions on deviations observed• Interacting with the consortium banks for negotiation of export bills and holding consortium meetings
