Reporting, involved developing and automation of reports at various levels of operations internally and client specific and also scheduling them to ensure automated creation and delivery of reports. Some of the major responsibilities were: Understand business requirements and sourcing of new information including reporting dimensions, measures, key performance indicators, metrics, etc. Develop and automate operational and financial reports, using Business objects, free hand PL/SQL, workforce management tools such as IEX Total View, Talisma CIM. Identify opportunities to automate any manual processes that results in cycle time reduction and enhances controls for monthly production of reports Forecast and financial modeling for forth coming months using trending data and inputs from the Operations Managers, Clients and other members of the senior management. Develop query based reports off the data warehouse for internal and client data. Handle the daily margin trackers, which provided margins for day over day of the site. Perform Ad Hoc requests and reports for analysis. Develop several client facing reports at the site. Schedule reports using the tool subversion, to ensure automation.
