Driving GTM & revenue with major partners across product lines

- Leadership Committee member of EVAS, a non-profit with a mission to promote electric vehicle adoption in Singapore- Co-author of Singapore EV Guide 2021, the nation's first comprehensive guide to the available EV models, incentives & charging infrastructure- Led Singapore's first general population study on consumer sentiments towards EVs

Led a team of two, which was responsible for unlocking new regions & products through strategic partnerships with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, processors, Google, Apple and others.- As the first partnerships hire, I was involved from early contact and deal negotiations through licensing, product decisioning and commercial growth with these global partners taking two product lines from pre-launch to >$1B volume each.- My team shaped the product strategy, pricing and GTM plans for the global card issuing & payment acceptance businesses- As a member of the Singapore leadership team, I was involved in recruitment, planning growth and cultivating culture as the office scaled from <10 to 70+ staff.

In the early days of the pandemic, I designed & deployed COVID-19 contact tracing and case management software with governments in India, the US and across Africa. Dimagi's CommCare solution was rated the world's premier digital solution for COVID-19 response by Johns Hopkins University.

Dimagi is a health-tech SaaS company with operations across India, Africa and the Americas. We launched and scaled the world’s largest mobile health data project equipping 400,000+ frontline workers and government officials with mobile data tools and analytics across eight states in India.I managed eight strategic customer relationships, helping clients better plan, procure, implement and scale health-tech solutions. Internally, my team influenced the product roadmap, ran field testing with customers and implemented processes for scale. I also supported recruitment, business development and corporate operations during rapid business growth as the office went from 20 to 50+ people!

The Digital Solutions team launched new mobile payment products (e.g. Google & Apple Pay) with 21 client banks and partners across Asia-Pacific region. I developed and executed product go-to-market strategies for South & Southeast Asia, including project planning, product requirements management, data analytics and client engagement to accelerate product adoption. I actively participated in several cross-functional taskforces to drive business growth, ideate new products and accelerate employee digital skills training in the Asia-Pacific region

Completed the Graduate Development Program at Visa with four six-month rotations in pricing, client account management, eCommerce products and operations teams
