Position Description :•A key member of the AXA BS Operations team to impart product & process training, Refresher trainings & accreditation/re-accreditation/de-accreditation of all individuals. •To work in accordance with policy terms and conditions - Regulatory framework and company strategy. This would involve adherence to SLA agreed between AXA Life UK and AXA BS India.Key Accountabilities :•Provide Expert Technical Support to the Team Members/Team leaders. •Meet productivity & quality targets in the role as processor at least for 50% of the time. •Assist in preparation of routine and Management reports. •Monitor team performance based on the targets set. •Assess development and training needs of Team Members based on assessment of quality and productivity. •Ensure service delivery parameters are met. •Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency. •Ensure accurate and timely reporting to customers and top management. •Help CSR's prepare personal & performance development plans.
