WORKED FOR SHELL AND ONGC • Monitor and control the Production operations at CPF to ensure plant is operating within the safe operating envelope.• Following Emergency response procedures and standing instructions and ensuring Compliance with the Safety Management System. Startup and shutdown of Gas Dehydration unit, Oil separation trains, Wellhead platforms from CCR. Monitoring wells production performances & Optimizing Gas lift as per the well production profile. Initiating unit, train and emergency shutdown of process and utility systems during abnormal operation, or as a result of an emergency situation on the installation from YOKOGAWA DCS. Ensuring proper shift hand over process and follow up of the ongoing jobs. Issuing Authority for the Permit to Work (PTW) system, in conjunction with the Production Supervisor. Maintain accurate records of Blind register, LOTO record and SCE records which shall be readily retrievable and conform to the Facility Management System and ensure that all manuals and drawings are kept up to date. Participation in Task Risk Assessments (TRA) before planning any critical job. Followed “STOP THE JOB “to intervene in unsafe job. Ensuring Filled in Pre startup checklist before starting of any equipment. Coordinating with Wireline intervention and Sub surface teams in well performance survey activities. Relay accurate information to OIM for timely decisions. Hands on experience logistic support from base to offshore, track the material and maintain and order the stock in SAP & maintain the track records.

Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phase:• Execution of activities like Line Blowing and Flushing, Leak test, Inerting, Chemical Cleaning, cardboard blasting, unit startup.• Review of P&ID and Conformity checks with field during Pre-Commissioning.• Ensuring SIMOPS are carefully assessed and controls are in place.• HOTO of Systems, PSSR at Level-1 & 2 and Cleared Punch Points.• Documenting SOPs, P&ID RED LINE Mark ups, MSDS etc.Production Phase:• Responsible for O& M activities of 107 well sites and associated facilities.• Provide field supervision for shutdown, startup and preservation.• Incident reporting and Hazard identification.• Collection of running parameters of wells for production analysis• Issue and approve permits in shift and monitor the safety of work in progress to ensure compliance to the operating instructions on the permit prior to equipment handing over to Maintenance.
