At Grand Hyatt Kuwait, as an AV/IT Specialist, I manage and support high-profile events and VIP meetings to assure flawless audio-visual experiences. I am particularly competent in Video Teleconferencing setups, advanced Digital Media Servers, Advanced Jobs, and Network AV Systems. This also includes maintenance and troubleshooting on LED screens, conference microphone systems, and many others to make sure they are all functioning seamlessly during any given event. I am dedicated to the establishment and maintenance of good client relations, and I always ensure that their individual needs for AV are met with precision and professionalism at all times.

At the moment, I work as an ELV & AV Supervisor at SJ ABED, where I install and maintain systems, which include CATV/IPTV systems, PBX/IP telephone systems, and CCTV systems. In my job, I am able to install satellite dishes and I carry out transponder configuration for TV and Internet services. I am also responsible for the installation and expansion of internet and VLAN networks, the management of equipment devices like switches and wireless access points, and ensuring a proper network cable lay and rack termination. Besides, I am also involved in the installation and programming of the addressable fire alarm systems. My roles also go further to the oversight of the engineering workshop, store inventory, and an efficient process of material ordering and purchase to ensure project success.

I began my career as a professional with Mega Audio and served as an AV Technician, installing and providing technical support for various events, including musical shows, conferences, sports activities, and private parties. My work included the installation and dismantling of event equipment comprising PA audio speakers, power amplifiers, digital signal processors, mixing consoles, loudspeakers, stage monitors, and stage lights. I was also an expert in handling the DMX lighting systems, having experience with programming the LED panels and the projectors, along with outdoor lighting. I also distributed the power supply of the generator and installed many electrical apparatus such as breakers, contactors, relays, timers, transformers, and switches for the successful and safe conduction of the event.
