Managing the P&L for Fluke South APAC ( Greater India, ASEAN and Australia/New Zealand)

Responsible for revenue and profitability growth of NI in India

Successfully growing the Regional Sales business in National Instruments in India, driving growth and profitability through employee, partner and customer success. I work primarily in the IoT, Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Semiconductor and Research institute domains- Planning, setting and achieving investment and revenue targets - Building the sales and business strategy for growing regional business in India- Leading the team and ensuring execution of sales strategy- Hiring, training and developing Field Technical Consultants- Development of leadership at different levels in the sales team- Establishing new relationships, managing and growing existing relationships with partner companies who develop solutions based on NI products- Ensure proper functioning and synergy between the sales team and the different supporting departments

-Part of a new initiative at NI India to go after large Business opportunities having high potential and relatively longer lead times by working with strategic accounts at a CXO level and innovations in the business model- Closed the largest single order ever in the history of National Instruments globally. This was a cross-continental order involving Asia and Europe in the automotive space

Responsible for growing the business in Karnataka, Kerala and Goa and Maharashtra, MP by- Devicing the overall sales plan for the region including investments, focus areas, visit plans- Training and development of Field Technical Consulatants-Direct sales as an individual contributor-Co-ordination and directing of activities for the region from different departments such as marketing, operations, finance and application engineering

As a Field Sales Engineer, I managed sales for the state of Andhra Pradesh with a yearly quota of 1.6MM$. This included direct sales, Account Management and Partner Development and Management

As an Applications Engineer I was responsible for building proof of concepts, technical support and training of customers on various product lines. Apart from this I helped in various marketing activities such as Seminars and Trade Shows.
