• Conducting walkthroughs with various key client personnel to understand IT environment and identifying key control areas to be assessed keeping in mind the potential risks.• Perform IT General Control (ITGC) testing including preparation of Risk and Control Matrices, design, testing of controls, documentation of results, identifying control deficiencies and provide recommendations for mitigation.• Perform IT General Control (ITGC) testing for various Applications, Databases, Servers, IT Infrastructure & IT Operations.• Responsible for preparation of audit procedures, programs and questionnaires.• Responsible for engagement planning, management, coordination with the team supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround times (or allotted budget) for assigned requests from the offshore delivery perspective.• Experienced in working in teams to perform Service Organization Controls (SOC) Testing and evaluated SOC Reports as part of engagements for several clients.• Conduct trainings for new hires on IT General Control (ITGC) testing
