• Working on Project Development Cycle, including Pre-Study to Serial Production Phase with Proof of Concept, Pre-Prototype, 0-Series Build and Serial Production using Lean Techniques such as Single Pc Flow through different phase of projects.• Overall management of interdisciplinary engineering projects including Project Proposal with Cost Calculations, Feasibility Study, Risk Assessment and Development in core competencies. • New Design Proposals in accordance with customer’s expectations or inputs.• 3D Modeling, Finite Element Analysis using Solid Work; Computer Aided Simulation and Flow Simulation using Solid Works.• Executed project using Project Management cycle for various projects within given period and cost; including scheduling, task prioritization and work delegation for groups within USA branch and head office in Switzerland.
