Provide remote IT support user's place support in Linux and windows platforms. Responsible for implementing Linux (Mint /Ubuntu) in all branches across Bihar. Responsible for both hardware and software setup & installation. Coordination with vendor for purchasing IT equipment as per requirements. Maintain technical documentation and IT asset report of all users. Antivirus, Sapphire agent monitoring along with all other things. Shakti data updating/addition. Email client configuration like Thunderbird & Outlook in desk side devices & portable devices. Configuration of printers & scanner in Linux and windows platforms. Identify the IT Issues from branches/Individuals and fix it on Priority.
