Over a decade of experience in Graphic Design using the full capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite. I started H Design studios, utilizing my skills and talents to help local businesses and brands create logos, websites, package design, digital design, tech packs, graphic art, social media ads and apparel. Also ran a graphic centered streetwear brand by the name of HSBN, from conceptual, ideation, sketching, design, screen printing and manufacturing

As Creative Director, I have a unique opportunity not only to create a new fashion piece but share a mythos of style, comfort and originality. I also have the ability formulate and impress upon the other designers an overarching concept or concepts for a certain collection and the HSBN Brand as a whole. I focus and establish what designs should be created, what will appeal to the target market and how the concepts will be applied and distributed in collaboration with the designer, who are responsible for creating the product and fabrics.

Head of Marketing of NBN, I was in charge of creating all in house and external graphics for the company. Email marketing, in house branding and all advertising material was designed by me. Also set up automation for CRM in Salesforce and ZoHo for marketing response, on boarding of new clients and help desk.

Leading the Apple retail store in a new direction, as I over saw how we shared, taught and sold our products in a creative way. I had one on one with a lot of customers as well as groups, leading them in new innovative ways to create with their apple products from novice to professional. I was technically trained as well as using my past 10+ of retail experience, to excel in this new role for Apple

• Create strategy & updates for TARIMA shows including media plan development across paid (TV, print, OOH, radio, digital, social) and unpaid platforms (apps, social communities etc.) • Manage the strategic, tactical development and implementation of off-channel marketing initiatives that build and promote brand equity in the eyes of the consumer and other business constituents. • Manage a team of employees that actively exhibits accountability, collaboration and innovation. • Manage social media strategic development and agency partners as appropriate • Have in-depth knowledge of competitive, best of breed industry initiatives to ensure that TARIMA is at par with the best across all media.• Track all financial aspects of the department’s expense budget and projections such as media plans, barter evaluations, spending, payment schedules and added value expenditures.

At TCC, I was able to develop, design and strategize marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and grassroots campaigns for major companies seeking to make a foot print in the Hispanic/Latino market. Here I honed my skills in copyrighting, graphic design, marketing strategy and technical IT skills.
