- Working through Covisint for PRR with Automotive Industry (Administrator for Covisint)- Working through IMDS to create Components, Raw materials & Assembly (Administrator for IMDS).- Accessing all supplier portals like Tata Motors, Honeywell, TE connectivity, Cummins and Delphi (Administrator for all Portals)- Working for UL certification for all the products & CSA marking for export product- Raw Material planning as per PO for Export Division with Purchase Team- Production Planning & Machine allocation planning & Shipment Planning for Export Division- Approval of Quality System manual, Quality System Procedures & required documents & Formats- Representing Organization during IATF-16949 and other QMS, Customer audits.- Planning and conducting Management Review Meetings.- Measurement of performance, data collection & analysis of all departments & function through monthly monitoring data.- Planning of Quality system audit and process audits at suppler end as well as at outsourced processes with respective department.- Planning and conducting internal and external training at all the levels of organization.- Identification of continual and continuous improvement projects in discussion with CFT. Approval of the same from management and ensuring that they are communicated auctioned and systematized in operations.- Motivate to members for problem solving through training.
