• To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness to meet infection control standards throughout the units• To adhere to the cleaning schedule, ensuring the correct and safe use of equipment and chemicals.• Inspect premises to ensure that cleaning standards specified in the Service Level• To provide a level of service at any site that achieves or improves upon the standards laid down in the specification by ensuring that:-• Customers’ expectations are reviewed• Cleaners are directed accordingly.• Ensure effective operation of quality procedures, and actively promote all aspects Support Services, Customer, and site based staff• Induction and Skills Training of Cleaning & Caretaking Support Staff as appropriate, in order to deliver a high quality service that meets specification as detailed in the Service• Daily inspection of all the sites. Checking of the cleaning standards • Preparing monthly training plan of the staffs and giving training • Coordinating with the FM Help desk and following the issues and problems.• Ordering and controlling the cleaning materials and chemicals.• Completion of weekly time sheets for wages compilation.• Effective and efficient rotating of staff to ensure the operation of the Project as cost effectively as possible by monitoring weekly room booking trends.• Control of the lost property.• To brief all the housekeeping staff prior to their shift.
