As Completions Lead, managing Completions/Handover jobs across multiple Hubs leading Completions Engineers, Punchlist Coordinators by providing a safe, systematic & structured approach to Project Mechanical completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Operations/Start-up through a policy of completing the work progressively by System/Sub-systems, milestones etc.System limit drawings (LOSH) markups for the Sys/Sub-sys boundaries with Pre-comm/Comm Team.Reviewing Engineering drawings/list for loading Tag/TestPack details to the Project CMS, GoCompletions (GoC)/hub2 & issue ITRs.Part of implementation Team for new CMS tool hub2 (online version) for all future projects & transition from existing GoC data to hub2.Coordinating with Contractor, Construction, QA/QC, Pre-Comm for timely closeout of pending ITRs/Punch items at various stages for achieving Project milestones.Scheduling MC/RFC Walk-downs as a Sys/Sub-sys nears completion. • Responsible for Mechanical Completion/Commissioning work at site.• The process includes collecting all engineering data, reviewing, loading, updating to the Project Completion System (GoCCMS) and reporting the status to Supervisors.• Preparing system limit drawings (LOSH).• Recording all changes in the system through Change Request Notes.• Coordinating with QC personnel for timely close-out of pending ITRs for achieving Project milestones.• Punch List coordination with construction.• Arranging walk-downs as & when a system/sub-system is nearing completion.• Issuing various Completion Certificates & coordinating with Discipline Leads/Construction Manager/Completion Lead/Commissioning Lead to sign off the same at various stages for handover of systems/sub-system from Mechanical Completion to Commissioning, then to Operation and finally to Start-up.• Preparation of Mechanical Completion/Commissioning Dossiers with all relevant documents, redlines, Test reports, Technical Queries etc.• Generating various reports for ITR status, Punch List status, VCR status etc. from GoCCMS.• Start of the Project, worked with separate Completion System, Zenator (PetroPCS), for the work in yard.

• Uploading engineering data into WinPCS database.• Updating project progress into the database with specified milestones.• Connecting Tags to systems/sub-systems.• Assigning isometrics to related Test Packs. Connecting ITRs/check sheets to Tags. Check sheets and Punch items creation and clearance into WinPCS.• Uploading Test Pack punches list into WinPCS.• Comparing WinPCS database with sub-contractors database regarding ITR completion and reporting any discrepancies found. Updating ITR revision in coordination with QC.• Maintaining all required files with proper documentation.• Generating various reports from WinPCS such as daily closed check sheets and punch items status newly added and rejected Tags/ITRs, various forms of weekly reports, run down charts and others as required.• Preparation of Handover Completion Dossiers with all relevant documents..
