- Prepare immigrant/nonimmigrant applications/petitions for U.S. and multinational corporations including: PERM, Employment-Based Immigration Visas, H-1B/H-1B1, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, TN, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, etc. - Assist attorneys and HR team with determining case issues and planning case strategy. - Respond to queries from managers and employees with guidance on all immigration-related matters, including visa processing, documentation, visa options, risks, etc.- Investigate, compile and digest facts of the case: •Arrange for outside interpreter if necessary. •Locate, obtain, and preserve client documentation. •Review and organize client documentation. •Analyze and summarize all data. -Review file on a regular basis and prepare regular status reports to client. -Ensure processes and procedures are completed so that all immigration application fillings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

-Prepared a wide range of immigrant/nonimmigrant applications/petitions including: PERM, H-1B, F-1, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, etc. -Drafted supporting letters and responses to RFEs/Audits and correspondences.-Constantly monitored and prepared 50 - 70 ongoing cases in average including both for individual and corporate clients.-Scheduled, coordinated and confirmed court dates, appointments, and meetings.-Communicated with clients to assemble documentation, complete questionnaires and forms, and review case status, etc.
