As a seasoned clinical instructor at both McMaster University and Mohawk College, Suji actively shapes the future of nursing through various streams of the BScN Program and the Mohawk PN program.Skilled in closely supervising students to enhance critical thinking and decision-making skills, Suji creates a safe and transformative learning environment. With a robust background in delivering specialized nursing care in critical care settings, including nephrology, thoracic surgery, and mental health, Suji brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and teaching prowess.An advocate for continuous learning, Suji holds certifications in ACLS and BCLS, along with various critical training, including Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy(CRRT).
