The world is changing in fundamental ways. Helping people and groups do their best to develop leadership, structure, and strategy for positive social change centering equity is my life's purpose. Working at the intersection of leadership, emergence, and strategy, I help my clients maximize their impact and effectiveness while connecting to their deepest.

As OD Coach, I provided 1:1 coaching to MEV fellowship participants, as well as design and implement a process to help these leaders create a plan to strengthen their organizations. This position combined many of the things I love doing: supporting movement leaders through coaching; helping to seed learning and integration of program curriculum focused on.

Working at the intersection of Strategy, Innovation, and Relationships, I help non-profit leaders solidify their niche, refine their strategy, build strong teams, and get ahead of the change curve for maximum impact.

I have assumed positions of Vice-Chair and Secretary at APEN. I loved being on the Board of such an amazing and inspiring organization!

At MSC, I helped leaders from various sectors build their movement reach and impact through alliance building, convenings, organizational development support, facilitation, coaching, research, and team building.

I helped launch the Reproductive Justice Fund and increased the impact of BED, the Bridging the Economic Divide Fund, as well as working with donors on various other funds related to economic, social, and gender justice.

I worked directly with Korean American women and children impacted by domestic violence as a program advocate. We linked our clients with essential services and advocated for them to receive benefits such as essential services from the state and place in domestic violence shelters.
