Department :Production(Confectionery) Duties/Responsibilities: *Ensure day to day production & maintain quality full production to full fill the quality requirement.*Ensure personal hygiene,cleaning of production floor & machinery.*Prepared daily raw materials& packaging materials requisition.*Ensure raw & packaging material availability in the floor & store.*Manpower handling for proper production.*Monitor,control & utilization of men,material for optimum productivity. *Monitor, performance of section supervisor, operator & workers.*Good communication with store,Maintenance, Distriution section & top management. *Following instruction of production Manager for maximum production & loss% reduction.*Achieve production target in daily & monthly.*Ensure record keeping for all relevant process.*Looking after hygiene, 5S & cleaning conditions,GMP, pest control in process area as per HAACP plan.Experienced Production Shift Incharge with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Production Planning, and Microsoft Outlook.
