16 years of varied and rich experience in Construction & Construction Supervision of various National & State Highway Projects (both Flexible & Rigid Pavement) with International Funding agencies like ADB, World Bank under FIDIC condition and ICB contract.I’ve executed different items like Embankment, Sub-grade, GSB, WBM, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, PQC etc. and construction of Box Culvert, Pipe Culver and also RE & Panel wall adjacent to major bridges. Planning and programme for implementing activities, following selection & deployment of Man Power & Machineries. Regular monitoring of work to achieve the target of the Project Planned. Preparations of Reconciliation Report of Materials & output of Machineries have also been part of my responsibilities.I’m also associated with quality control department and looking after the overall work related to laboratory like testing of different material as per specification, testing of constructed layers/ completed works, analysis of tested results for ensure the quality of works, design of Cement Concrete in various grade, design of Sub-grade for increasing CBR, design of GSB, WMM, various Bituminous mix etc., communicate to consultant and client for approval of material, design mix and other technical matters regularly.In the field of consultancy services, I offer my technical expertise for checking of different items, documentation of technical papers and evaluation of quantity as per RFI for IPC, WPR, MPR, QPR report etc. Verification of methodology in connection with correction if required, checking of Cross Section, GFC drawing, communicate to higher officer and contractor for any disputed matter or any work beyond specification. I am also familiar with Clauses of MoRTH, IRC, IS Specifications & also able to Liaison with Consultant & Client for Technical purpose.
