- Project co-ordination with Precast Yard, Production team, Erection team, Material Procurement and QA/QC team to ensure smooth production & erection.- Regular site visits to inspect and sort out problems arising at site if any.- Monitoring the progress of work as per scheduled programmed.- To maintain Daily progress report and checklist of different construction activities- Preparation of BBS for structural elements.- Day to day Production Plan to meet project objectives and action plans to improve overall production efficiency.- Checking and verifying reinforcement and dimensions of precast members as per revised drawing.- Applying necessary corrections if required in steel cages.- Managing team of contractors and labours.- Checking the quality of concrete with QC engineers before casting the precast member.- Checking the quality of casted precast member and applying necessary touch-ups if required.
