Successfully managed multiple contractors who worked at the power station during the 3 months plant outage with strict adherence to environmental, safety, quality and heritage poli-cies; •Project Managed a state wide crane design registration project comprising of 42 cranes re-quiring compliance with current Workplace Tasmania requirements. Met all the technical and scheduling accountabilities. The project was completed ahead of schedule within 85% of approved budget ; •Project managed the Development, Implementation and Finalization (DIF) phases of Alternator Fire Protection PLC based systems at ten power stations and switched to auto protection mode.
