 Responsible for Parts planning, Coordination with Central Team for SAP MM module. Scheduling the material procurement on requirement basis for optimize the material carrying cost. Responsible for scheduling of parts as per the production with current requirement and tentative for next 6 months. Procurement Areas: Muffler, CNG Bracket, Fifth wheel coupling cross member engine, paddle assembly, Fluid supply pipe, etc. End to End planning at supplier end to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Ensuring Plant Norms and WH Norms to ensure productivity Ensuring Zero-line loss during production. Arranging parts for spare market and VOR and ensure delivery timely. Warehouse management with 15 suppliers across all over India to control on 2500 + parts and monitoring the Non-Conformities on regular basis, to avoid the re-occurrence of the shortage of raw material. Responsible to resolve supplier overdue payment, supplementary payment, service entry payment through DMS Software. Responsible for stock cut off of parts during ECN and ensure no dead stock of parts. Resolved problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports, and exports, and customer issues.  Analyzed supplier performance with relation to quality, cost and delivery. Store management including day to day activities like receipt, storage issues and disposition & maintain supply chain. Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives met as per company guideline. Ensuring material procurements in system on JIT from local suppliers. Monitoring Rejection Clearance of materials and dispatching it to suppliers on weekly basis. As a coordinator, Circulation of coverage reports to respective stake holders review N+3 days shortage for vehicles production and act pro-actively and provide counter action to mitigate shortages.
