• Joined as Senior Fabrication Engineer – Manufacturing, reporting to Operation Manager.• Heading Pressure Vessels, Columns & Reactor manufacturing shop • Vital role in implementing the ERP system by defining process parameters of all critical activities• Co-ordination with Design, Procurement, QC & Maintenance for resolving emerging bottleneck• Leading project review meetings with all stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of all actions required to achieve on time delivery commitments.• Technical support to proposal team by giving feedbacks required in the bidding stage• Overall responsibility of Project executing on shop floor.

• Project Execution, Planning & Production• Project Expediting.• Responsible for Production planning, scheduling and execution of orders to meet delivery schedule.• Material Planning: Co-ordination with Purchase, Stores, Other Subsidiaries for material procurement & material supply as per production schedule. • Preparing and issuing workshop production plans as per production capacity / sales requirement.• Releasing purchase requisitions for raw material items for both domestic and import suppliers.• Manage production planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.• Monitoring and reporting of various activities related to manufacturing targets & progress.• Detail Estimation Costing & Produce Techno-Commercial offer as per enquiry or technical data sheets of Process Equipment’s & Packages from Clients.• Project Review & co-ordinate with Customer
