• Joined as Senior Fabrication Engineer – Manufacturing, reporting to Operation Manager.
• Heading Pressure Vessels, Columns & Reactor manufacturing shop
• Vital role in implementing the ERP system by defining process parameters of all critical activities
• Co-ordination with Design, Procurement, QC & Maintenance for resolving emerging bottleneck
• Leading project review meetings with all stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of all actions required to achieve on time delivery commitments.
• Technical support to proposal team by giving feedbacks required in the bidding stage

• Project Expediting.
• Responsible for Production planning, scheduling and execution of orders to meet delivery schedule.
• Material Planning: Co-ordination with Purchase, Stores, Other Subsidiaries for material procurement & material supply as per production schedule.
• Preparing and issuing workshop production plans as per production capacity / sales requirement.
• Releasing purchase requisitions for raw material items for both domestic and import suppliers.
