OpenQ’s Engage is an integrated KOL system designed for regional and global medical science liaisons, Key Opinion Leader(KOL) program management and field compliance teams, and other field medical organizations to design, implement and measure scientific objectives. Engage is used to plan and track field medical interactions for performance management and gather feedback and measure the impact of KOL interactions. Creation or customization of custom or standard objects. Ability to combine technical expertise with a host of softer skills, allowing them to provide effective and scalable solutions to a host of problems. Developer should understand the business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality. Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation. Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans). Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts. Created Custom objects, Custom fields, page layouts, role hierarchy, record types based on the business requirements. Worked on profile, roles, field level security, field accessibility, permission sets and sharing settings. Replaced logics of validation rules for custom and standard objects. Namespace change in the managed package with new Namespace.
