Project: "Ensuring quality education and protecting the rights of children in conflict areas of Latehar district in Jharkhand"Salient Features:27 schools in the project area would be fully RTE complaint at the end of the project period.16 AWCs would be functional as per the ICDS guidelines and 5 new AWC would be established at the end of the project period.All constitutional institutions in 22 villages would be active and functional at the end of the first year of the project and they would discuss and raised issues on RTE and ICDS and would submit their demand charter to the concerned departments.Fear atmosphere which arises due to social conflict would be minimised in 11 schools through games, music and art and aesthetic activities at the end of the second year of the project.270 children of 1-5 class in 27 schools would develop reading, writing and numeric skills and improve learning outcomes at the end of the project period.All project staff of the organization would develop common understanding on concept of the project and would develop sufficient skills in implementation and manage the project activities at the end of the six months of the project.

Common Service Center: Common Service centers are Panchayat IT Kiosks delivering e governance , Banking, Aadhar, Direct Benefit Transfers and various portal services such as Pan Card, Passports, National Pension scheme (NPS) and other plethora of business services, education, health, livelihoods, legal and welfare services. Common service Centers (CSC’s) are called Pragya Kendras in Jharkhand is a panchayat level rural digital hub of Government set up to serve for a cluster of 5-6 villages, through a locally trained person from the local community. Each CSC has all the necessary IT infrastructure and connectivity which acts as Panchayat digital access point for the rural community to connect with Government, business and outside world.
