HS Electrical System, Claverham Ltd, UK and others became subsequent customer.Established Valve Design capability for Engine Fuel Metering Unit. Provided design for various types of valves to be used on different variant of Pratt & Whitney New Generation Geared Turbo Fan “Pure Power” engine. Mainly, Minimum pressure Valve, Wind mill-bypass valve, Pressure Regulator valve, High Pressure Relief Valve etc. Initiated design activity (includes concept design) of a brake position sensing unit used in Slat/ Flap control in Bombardier C-series aircraft as an Integrated Project development activity. For first time initiated a full life cycle project of developing an explosion proof enclosure for an electronic unit to be used on B787. The project requirement was data generation from actual explosion, produce optimum design using these data and finally validating in India through explosion test as per RTCA-DO160EResolved Field challenge on A321 & B 747-8 RATs, reason investigated and identified.
