Improve safety performance to achieve 7-sigma level of safety by conducting accident investigation of all reported/unreported accidents and drive implementation of Initiatives around root cause of accidents12. Improve safety performance of drivers, identify safety risk drivers, Coach, monitor and ease out those not improving. 13. Keep up the motivation and happiness quotient of the pilots, ensure zero cases of unrest impacting operations, identify wilful defaulters who are likely to mobilise others and impact operations. Engage with the rest of them through healthy positive conversations14. Minimise cases of salary, incentive and penalties/deduction issues. Ensure timely redressal of all insurance issues in cases of serious accidents involving unfortunate death of the pilot
