 Maintain financial records and monitor systems to record the vendor bill details with sets of documents. Processing of Invoices (PO/Non-PO) (GST) (Bill process and upload for BSSC voucher and payment release). Updating database on Fund management (regarding Donor and Partner side).  Preparing Budget and budget reconciliation for Donors & Partner with AWP Ensure & understand the project activity of the Grantee and do verify each activity wise on Budget, UC (Expenditure) etc. Coordinate with supply chain vendors and provide technical and logistical support for organizing meetings/workshops. Maintaining project-specific documentation and keeping up to date with inventory & office assets list as per UNOPS Asset Management Policy.  Handling procurement processes including preparation of IC, Micro-purchase, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, and their preliminary evaluation, as per UNOPS guidelines (RFP & RFQ). Proper control of supporting documents of funds and activities. Provision of the information for the audit.

UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (UNDP) - Plastic Waste Recycling Management. Maintaining daily accounts in Computer (ATLAS/QuanTum).  Reimbursements, travel claims & preparing of F10, submission of F10, create TR, link TR & ER. Preparing of Budget and compare with expenditure. Funds management & Contract updating (Donor & Partner (IP, EP, RP etc.)). Working with GOVT/ ULBS for construction of MRF and circular economy.  Taking Care of Vendor bill processing (PO/Non-PO) (GST) (Bill process and upload for GSSU voucher and payment release). Coordinate and provide technical and logistical support for organizing meetings/workshops, trainings, and capacity building events with relevant stakeholders.  Travel bill reconciliation and payment process. Processing of GST bills details and share with management for return filling.  Facilitate procurement of goods and services as per UNDP guidelines (RFP & RFQ). Maintaining project specific documentation and keep up to date of inventory & office assets list as per UNDP Asset Management Policy. Extract report from ATLAS as per management requirement.  IC holder consultancy payment processing. UC & FACE form related work (check & verify with budget and sub-coadding) as per project requirement.
