Designation -: Executive (Accounts) CTC -: 1.14 Lacs Per Annum; Maintaining the Books of Accounts in daily basis Both in manually and electronically i.e. preparation of payment voucher, receipt voucher, contra voucher, journal voucher, etc. (2). Handling Cash and keeping the cash book updated With the tally figure from time to time . (3). Reconciling the company’s Bank Balance with Bank statement on regular basis. (4). Taking overall responsibility in making payments To parties through bank transactions. (5). Checking & passing of bills and correspondence regarding any accounts matter to the top Mgt. (6). Giving Some Emphasis towards administration And operation parts of the organization like Preparation of different reports and correspondence of such Reports by mail to top level management .
