• Lead and control all kinds of payments- local and foreign both• Manage and monitor the fund• Monitor and control to follow financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently• Lead the team to various reconciliation. Such as Bank reconciliation, TDS payable, VAT payable etc.• Prepare the overhead of the company considering the Accounting and Group principals• Prepare the annual overhead budget • Monthly basis actual departmental overhead circulates with the remarks and causes of variance against budget. • Landed cost accounting in SAP for imported items• GL reconciliation for balance sheet item• ICY reconciliation for the company.• Communicate with the bank for all related issues.• Quarterly basis FDI report to dealer bank• Meet the requirements of local management, regional office and corporate by giving analysis and remarks.
