As Assistant III, Work Force ManagementEnsure Real Time Monitoring of business operations and performance indicators – AHT, Line Adherence, Service Level etc.Help Analyze forecasted data and compare it to actual data on a daily basis to identify any areas of concern.Co-ordinate with Scheduling, Forecasting, & Capacity Planning teams to provide targets for both off-phone activities.Responsible for supporting the customer operations team overseas to meet the Enterprise Targets.Preparing daily reports to be sent to the Client.Managing the staffing of agents in order to meet the day to day Process targets.Responsible for the intraday management for day-to-day operations of the site.

Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered, Resolving customer complaints, Management of the restaurant, communicating with vendors & customer, recruitment and training for staff

Preparing daily process report, resolving customer queries, making outbound calls to customer and other departments, take escalations, process development
