- Working on an analytics app that is used by collectors/users to collect information on the products from different stores in the US. This data is then used to assess, compare and improve product and store performance. - Developed a BYOD solution for this application which helped the client to release the app at a large scale.- Developed a Non-SDK solution for BT scanners which is compatible with almost all BT scanners available in the market. It helped to reduce the BT scanner purchase cost to nearly 50%.- Responsible for code refactor, modularization, and performance enhancement of existing code as the code base is very old.- Involved in architecture design and development of Samsung SmartDoor app and able to deliver within a record time of 7 months for Samsung SDS.- Involved in both development of different modules and also leading a team of 5 developers for the Samsung SmartDoor application.- Responsible for hiring and mentoring.

- Responsible for releasing Samsung OS OTA updates for the MEA region. - Was leading a team of nearly 20 developers for this task. Involved in bug fixing and performance enhancement of the Samsung native application for OS OTA updates.

Involved in both development and managing resources for this application. - Leading a team of 4 developers.- Worked with Samsung HQ (Suwon South Korea) team for nearly 1 year for this project work. - Worked on Samsung native applications like Contact, S-Planner, Camera, Clock, S-Memo, Message, etc. - I was responsible for performance enhancement and bug fixing of these applications. - Worked closely with core Samsung HQ team members at Samsung HQ (Suwon, South Korea) which help to understand not only the application layer code but also the Android framework layer code as well. - Modified ADT Plugin to support touch-wiz(Samsung lib). It reduced 50% time per task of Samsung developers.- Worked on various performance enhancement tasks like improving app launch time of apps, improving frame loss of apps, analyzing fixing CPU-intensive tasks, etc.- Worked on camera application launch time performance enhancement for some Samsung devices like Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy A5, and Galaxy S5 devices. Improved the camera launch time performance to ~300 ms for these devices.
