As a Senior Store Officer at ARCL Organics Ltd., I oversee the daily activities of the store, ensuring optimal stock levels, quality, and accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials. Some of my achievements and responsibilities include:Maintaining and updating stock records, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents, following the current procedures and standards.Coordinating with the purchase department, plant head, and suppliers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of raw materials and consumables, as well as resolving any issues or discrepancies.Conducting periodic physical inventories and audits, reporting the results and recommendations to the management, and implementing corrective actions as needed.Disposing of expired and waste stock, minimizing losses and wastage, and complying with the environmental and safety regulations.Training and supervising the store staff, promoting inventory-related awareness and best practices, and fostering a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
