I have a fruitful experience of 6.5 years in banking industry. Have been a 7 star performer for IDFC First Bank for past 1.5 years. I have been working with a team of minimum 5 colleagues since the inception of my work and would very much love to lead a team of people's strength more than that. My relationship management strength is industry justifiable and would will to work in a mutually growing environment. I am very much decent at my persuasion ability. All of the above describes my soft skills for banking as a domain, though I've worked for reliance as well as a useful resource from HDFC bank (consumer durable loan). All the above mentioned experience is in Pune itself, and i wish to explore more of it.
