-Sujit Sengupta launched his first book in June 2021 "Seize the Opportunity, Open the Champagne" - A Collection of Inspiring Tales on Customer Experience, Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Branding and Technology.- His second published work "Are You Doing It Right"- Customer Retention Is What Matters was launched very recently.- He started his career in the Consumer Electronics Division of Philips India as a Management Trainee way back in the early 70s after his M.Tech from IIT Bombay ending up as All India Marketing Manager.- Since leaving Philips he has had a hectic and eventful career, the latter part of which has been spent in very senior positions.- He discovered the 'new me' while at Usha International teaching students in the evening classes at an executive MBA program. Upon retirement he joined a Delhi based Business School teaching Marketing, Sales and Service management hugely borrowing ideas from his own experience, and imparting the nuances of Business and the Science and art of it as he had practiced in his corporate life.-He has made learning a part of his life simultaneously, adding some extra value to what he teaches to the new generation of students. The latest amongst them is Design Thinking.- Mr Sengupta is quite an authority in conducting workshops for industry professionals and business associations such as PHD Chamber, Confederation of Indian Industries and Chamber of Commercial & Industrial Undertaking. He continues to enjoy this profession.
