Job Role :- Execute the AMISP Smart meter project work in Bihar state. Plan how to achieve our daily productivity in increasing order. Motivate the team and execute plan on regular basis. Meeting on regular basis with Discom client regarding project discussion. Trained the technician and field team regarding WFM application work, Feeder meter installation work, DT meter installation work,LTCT meter, Metering Unit ( CTPT), calculating MF ( multiplying Factor) , Control cable, power cable laying in PSS and Smart meter installation at consumer end with proper Quality etc. Looking for QAQC part. Looking and Execute O&M part with team on real time. Looking for Unmapped meter, reverse current case, Never case and Non comm cases and try to resolve it out on real time with the help of our team. Trained to Discom Client and Agency team regarding detail process of Smart meter workingand his procedure in MDMS. Everyday taking follow up to our team, Agency concern regarding work utilities and also giving target plan for achieving on regular basis. Taking Virtual and offline meeting with our internal and Agency team. Giving priority on work quality and Safety. Resolve all type of Discom Client query and agency team issues by taking follow up with our Mis team, IT team, Help desk team,senior Operation team etc. Looking for RC/ DC cases and try to resolve consumers query regarding balance issues, charge calculation summary etc. Work on outlook mail, and prepare report on MS Excel. Make and Giving Presentation on MS PowerPoint of Project related.Coordinate with Vendor partner and helps it to get LOA, PO from our TC team after fulfill his all necessary documents. Try to complete our daily task as per our KRA goal setting.
