Semi-solid Product Development • Formulation development of a topical shampoo, lotion. • Design, review and execute rheology studies (flow properties, viscoelastic elastic properties, thixotropic properties) for topical cream, ointments, gels, and lotions in TA DHR-1 rheometer. • Develop method to determine the particle size distribution (PSD) of API in an ophthalmic ointment using a microscopy method.iv. Oral Liquid Product Development • Assist in the determination of Q1 and Q2 of an oral suspension.• Develop particle size distribution (PSD) determination method for an oral suspension product using Malvern Mastersizer 3000.• Develop Raman Spectroscopy method to characterize API and compare with the RLD’s API using Horiba Xplora plus.• Write product development report (PDR) of oral solution.
