As Chief Innovation Officer(AI/Tech) , I head the Technology and AI teams in CL Educate. Over AI-first approach to developing products puts data at the forefront of all decisions. Our generative AI solutions are driving the latest education practices (SOP Writing, Essay Analysis, Video Summarization pipelines). We have implemented Retrieval Augment Generation or RAG based Search over our knowledgebases. Finetuning of LLMs to deliver high precision downstream tasks is leveraged for better results. Conventional AI enabled tools are deployed to help students with performance predictions, university admission advisories , content recommendations and analytics driven assessment dashboards. Over the past 20 years we have developed cloud based ERP , CRM and LMS systems which run all our educational businesses. Our data science practice is aimed at building cutting edge business solutions by providing prescriptive analytics (e.g Lead Conversion, Sales predictions) , NLP Solutions (Website Content Classification, Ad Campaign Auto Reporting, SEO Optimization etc) , We implemented user and content based collaborative filtering for building product and content recommendation engines to our customers. I am a passionate trainer in both technology and human behaviour. I have led many faculty development workshops in Machine Learning, Voice tech and Digital marketing technologies. I also have a keen interest in a range of topics from Personal Leadership, Growth Labs, Understanding Human Behaviour, Outbound team building, Empathic Communication and modern Parenting Strategies.My personal interests are Music, Acoustic Guitar, Tennis, Bridge , Algorithmic Trading and Yoga.
