I am Java Developer for Accenture - Accenture Federal Services. Through Accenture Federal Services (AFS), I participate in a variety of projects for the United States Government. Moreover, I work on projects that range from Mainframes, Web Development, to Software Development. I am currently placed on a project at the Department of Education, in which I focus on shell scripting, work with technical and developmental teams to understand business requirements in order to design architectural solutions, provide input on architecture-related incidents and problems, and identify and implement opportunities for improvements to methods/tools/procedures/services used in a variety of environments. Furthermore, I participate in designing, testing, and implementation of system architectures. Also, I create and update required technical documents along with providing input on architecture enhancements, changes, and fixes to platforms.

Resolved a variety of issues ranging from software bugs to hardware failure. In the instance of program crashes, I troubleshooted by determining the cause of the program crash and applying the correct fix for the program, such as reloading the corrupt .dll file. In the event of operating system crash, I backed up user's data and applied the appropriate image for that particular image for the computer, returning it to a normal state. Also diagnosed and resolved network connectivity issues, where either students or staff could not connect with either wired or wireless connections. Using network equipment, such as a flukes and line testers, I determined if the ethernet lines along with the swithes, patch panels, routers, and data drops were fully operational and if they were not, notified superiors about issue and assisted them in fixing the problem. Went to municipal buildings and resolved issues on site including network connectivity issues, using similar techniques above, and software/hardware related problems afflicting user's computer.
