Heading the Revenue Management team for the CBD and Whitefield properties with the reservation teams reporting to me. Have been incharge of setting up the RM tools, Historical data, along with the day to day and month end reports. Have setup Rate tiger, Hotelligence, channel managers for both properties. Have setup report modules for both properties for convenient tracking.

Endeavor to maximize Hotel revenues and meet targets and attain profitability through inventory and channel management .

Working in tandem with Rooms Head and team members through continuous motivation and training to bring in fresh ideas while adhering to procedures with an aim to attain Guest delight and Satisfaction

Development through classroom training sessions for 4 months in all core areas and continued by shop floor training for 20 months. Specialized in Front office functioning

-Monitoring all the arrivals and departures for the day.-Tracking and following up guest requests and preferences.-Handling phone calls, reservation requests.-Working in tandem with the Lobby manager to handle guest feedback.-In charge of setting the front desk duty roster.-Working in co ordination with travel agents and various other support systems to satisfy guest requirements.-Working in coordination and maintaining a cordial relationship with all other departments.
