ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the HSE Manager in implementing and monitoring the company HSE plan, policy and procedures by conducting regular audits and site/camp inspections. Attend HSE meetings and prepare necessary documentations as required by client. Stop work deemed unsafe and has the potential to cause harm or injury to workers. Developed and implement emergency response procedure & preparing emergency evacuation plan. Preparing the accident Investigation report, property damage, near miss reports and reporting to the HSE Manager and keeping its records. Conduct Risk Assessment and Take Necessary Safety Precautions before the work starts. Ensure competence of personnel in the use of machinery, equipment and process which they may be required to use, and they are fully aware of any associated or potential hazards. Follow up on work permit systems and inspections, Planning safety arrangements Monitoring the implementation and operation of the Safety Plan Ensuring that Pressure Test are conducted under safe conditions. Monitor and provide safe working area for tank sandblasting and painting Conduct mock drill at site Safe working area arrangement for radiography testing for tanks Safe working area arranged for tank hydrotesting Communicate to the client and main contractor related safety subjects. Ensuring that underground utilities are checked before Excavation Monitor and inspected confined space activity Gas testing conducted prior to start confined space activity. Carrying out workplace induction and safety orientation for all new staff to raise their level of safety awareness.
