My career was launched Two Year ago as a Technician Trainee in “The Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre” (ISRO), working under the Department of space of India. This professional stint has conferred on me robust knowledge of Designing and manufacturing of aerospace components and various launch vehicles program of ISRO.Moreover, while my previous position afforded me a well- rounded skillset, including excellent relationship building and time management skills, I excel at :• Material Handling equipment’s.• Machine and equipment maintenance.• Fault Rectification .• Organizational Skill.• Routing and Scheduling.• Quality Management.• Maximizing the useful life of all plant assets .• Shortening the length of scheduled down times .• Preventive maintenance.• Electrical and mechanical test experiments.• Carry out initial fault finding and rectification of issues• Communicate with the parts team to obtain parts needed.• Contribute to improvement ideas to the work group• Take responsibility for Health and Safety of self and others• Ensure quality of own work is maintained at all time.• I have the talent to work in a fast-paced environment .• Timely completion of all my tasks with minimum supervisionDuring the training period I can achieve a better experience in the domain of industrial Production Planning and Control. Infact this include feasibility study of manufacturing of drawings, generation of Process Sequences, preparation of stages/ in process drawings including material and tool planning. Also I get an exposure in the areas of Non-destructive Testing, Quality control and inspection. For Instance the production facility of ISRO was a huge hub of Mechanical machines So, to me it was a better opportunity to study the state of art non- conventional machining process like Abrasive water jet machine, CNC Electrical discharge machine, CNC wire cut EDM , Ultrasonic Machining and EB Welding etc. Eventually these experiences have been really rewarding and have served to strengthen my Mechanical nous This my contributions have been acclaimed by my peers and managers who term me as a fast learner.After my Training Exposure I decided to go on and acquire further specialization in the domain of my interest. An international exposure at this stage of my career will prove valuable for me .
