CurrentManaging a team & playing a key role in EPC projects by Procurement, Estimation & Quality Assurance.Involved in strategic procurement over 15 countries with the volume exceeding 150 Million Dollars in MENA, EU, America & Asian countries.F&G Detection and Suppression projects, PAGA, CCTV, IMMS, ESD System, BA Cascade System, Automation, and projects related to offshore, Onshore, Civil, Marine, & Oil & Gas Sector. Software: Core ERP.It also Includes Preparing Project Vendor List, Submits Pre-Qualification documents and review/recommendation for company approval where necessary, Compile RFI, RFP & RFQ & Issue to Qualified bidders, Technical & Commercial Evaluations, Bid Evaluation, Cost negotiation, Prepare Purchase Order, Co-ordinate P.O changes, Issue Expediting Status reports, Procurement and Subcontracting, Progress reports, Customs and Logistics & Final Payments. Familiar with International standards like IEC, BS, EN, ASTM, ANSI, API, ISA, etc. Working closely with civil sector projects to match the local Civil Defense Standards & Approvals, especially Dubai & Sharjah Civil Defense authorities.Improvement of Procurement Templates, Contract Documents, Processes, and Procedures.To ensure that all materials delivered to the site are inspected and conform to Approved Submittals.Attending the Client and vendor meetings for new material up-gradation & to set the Project plan & schedule.
