Heading the service department of the organization in Eastern Region which is engaged in Design, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of various types of Cranes.Preparing of Bar charts & monitoring the weekly progress of the sites.Negotiation & Finalization of erection sub contractors , suppliers & various service agencies.Preparation of MIS reports.Planning & execution of erection activities.Co ordination & execution for spares , services & AMCCarrying out health check up of old equipments & providing solutions to the problems, carrying out servicing / modification / revamping.Administering documentation in line with the needs of ISO 9000 Series of quality standards.Maintain paperwork of with all important documents of respective projects along with MOMs.Highlight Supplier Quality issues to factory to maintain product quality.Update status of ongoing status to respective stakeholders through weekly online meetings.Troubleshoot unpredicted design, production, quality & Erections-Commissioning issues of the experience Scrutinize Factory & Site Acceptance Tests of crane assemblies to spot shortages and errors in early stages Visit customer sites to track status of erection-commissioning, load tests and final handover.Arrange & take care for ABG & PBG as per contract through concerned accounts team & site team.Study and assess contract copies of Projects Executing Projects from Kick-offs meetings,drawing release,GA approvals, manufacturing, quality inspections, dispatch, site-erection, handover,Invoicing, payment collection and project closure.Study & assess contract copies to understand technical details/requirements, delivery schedules, payment terms etc. Preparation of Delay Analysis report where ever applicable.

Responsibilities undertaken during the period of Project :• Survey of site prior to erection• Survey of gantry & gantry rails• Inspections of materials before ground assembly of crane• Supervision for proper erection of cranes• Supervision of crane electrical• Co-ordination of commissioning activities loads testing as per standard practices and liquidation of defective points if any.Responsibilities undertaken during the period of maintenance:• As maintenance in charge manpower handling, plan to attend the maintenance jobs, avoid break downs to reduce down time of equipment.• Preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly reports & checklists of equipments for auditing.• Specific spare management for critical equipments for the plant.• Preparation of shutdown job list.• Conduct the inspections of all cranes.• Actively involved in the commissioning of all cranes along with the development of ISO documentation.• Implementation of safety awareness programs and documentation of accident history.

Responsible for overall management of site activities at project site such as erection,commissioning and maintenance of EOT cranes at Salem steel plant expansion project
