In my role as Art Director, I efficiently manage and coordinate graphic design projects from inception to completion, taking the lead in the creative process. I collaborate closely with account managers, head copywriters, and social media coordinators to ensure deadlines and requirements are consistently met. Leading a team of designers, I oversee the development of social media content, digital designs, branding, and print media for the seven brands within Educor Holdings. With a strong passion for motion graphics, I utilize After Effects and Premiere Pro to create digital screen adverts, video edits, animated social adverts, lower thirds, and logo animations, enhancing each brand's presence. Additionally, I generate artwork for marketing and promotional materials.

During my role as a Senior Graphic Designer at Affinity Group, I spearheaded the conceptualization and design of marketing materials across various platforms, including social media, digital, blogs, lead generation, web sliders, banners, emailers, and print, for the 11 brands under the company. Additionally, I successfully translated subject matter into tangible designs for newsletters, promotional materials, sales and trade presenters. I also played a pivotal role in creating design themes and graphics for marketing initiatives. Notably, I transformed the static social media interface into an engaging and conceptual animated experience, thereby increasing viewer engagement. My key achievements include consistently delivering fresh and innovative ideas, as well as pioneering motion graphics and video applications. I also led the development of a new photography style for brand extension.

In my role as Senior Graphic Designer at Impo International | Impo Distributors Group, I was entrusted with designing, directing, and overseeing the development of the UK brand, Kedley. Reporting directly to the general director and business development director from the UK, I communicated updates on Kedley brand developments via Skype. Additionally, I played a key role in conceptualizing and implementing the new look and feel for the Kedley brand. Furthermore, I led the art direction of the lifestyle photo shoot for the website and packaging rebranding.

During my time as a Graphic Designer at The Hardy Boys - A Wunderman Thompson Company, I effectively managed and coordinated various graphic design projects from initial concept to final execution. This included the rollout of key visuals across multiple campaign platforms, such as in-store advertising, outdoor media, point-of-sale materials, packaging, social media content, digital advertisements, trade presentations, posters, banners, and animated adverts.I worked closely with clients to understand their vision, develop creative concepts, and consistently delivered work that met their deadlines and requirements. During my tenure as a Senior Graphic Designer at SA Greetings, I was entrusted with designing, art directing, and managing various key brands from concept to finished art. My responsibilities included creating a high volume of layouts, graphics, and product designs, while staying abreast of the latest trends and colors. I also contributed to idea generation, brainstorming, and research activities.Specifically, I focused on product design for occasions such as Christmas, everyday gifting, and back-to-school stationery, which encompassed gift bags, wraps, memos, ring binder files, labels, book jackets, and other stationery items. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in checking and approving artwork from printers, ensuring machine pass, color correction, retouching photography, and setting up artwork for pre-press, both locally and in China. I liaised with repro and key accounts to streamline production processes.I had the privilege of working with renowned brands such as Disney, Marvel, Mattel, Hotwheels, Spiderman, Hannah Montana, and Pink Cookie, supplying various retail stores including Woolworths, Spar, CNA, Clicks, Checkers, and Waltons.Notable achievements include being selected to attend the Trends Trade show in Frankfurt, Germany in 2007 and 2009, as well as consistently receiving recognition for fresh and innovative ideas. Furthermore, I developed a new art-proofing system that significantly enhanced the overall quality of production and improved customer satisfaction.

During my time as a Graphic Designer at Massdiscounters t/a Game and Dionwired, I collaborated closely with clients to conceptualize designs and layouts, consistently meeting deadlines and requirements. My responsibilities included graphic reproduction, color correction, retouching scans, imposition, and digital imaging.
