Project Manager
Current• Owns the Project with the full accountability to initiate, plan, track and manage all necessary activities to stay within the commonly accepted QCD targets• Manage the Project team members and delegates the work among them according to their functional assignments and holds them accountable on their deliverables• Rigorously identifies, tracks and manages any scope changes to assess the impact on the QCD baseline to be able to capitalize on those changes• Owns the budget accountability for all project expenses ensuring cross-functional alignment to reach financial contribution targets and manages the risks to secure the project targets• Knows and applies the company standards and good practices as the role model for the entire CFT and associated functions and actively contributes to improve the project management environment• Managing and clearing the Project gate reviews and Project review presentation with the leadership and expert team • Manage the internal and external stakeholder needs and proactively manages the customers' needs to maximize the value creation
